By accessing or using ATSFixer ("Service," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ATSFixer ("Company"), located at 2028 E Ben White Blvd #240-5521, Austin, TX 78741, USA.
ATSFixer is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that analyzes job descriptions, rewrites resume content, and provides ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility scores. The Service is powered by the Anthropic Claude API.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to provide accurate scoring and relevant rewrites, we cannot guarantee that optimized resumes will result in job interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome. AI-generated content is a tool to assist you — it is your responsibility to review all output for accuracy before use.
You may use limited features without an account. To access full functionality, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.
One account per person. You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits, daily generation caps, or any other restrictions. Duplicate accounts may be merged or terminated without notice.
ATSFixer offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Free accounts receive 3 credits upon registration. Paid plans provide daily generation allowances and features as described on the Pricing page.
Subscription billing: Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges will apply. We do not prorate partial-month cancellations.
Refund policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. Refunds are not available after 7 days, for renewals, or for credit packs once purchased. To request a refund, contact request@atsfixer.com with your account email and purchase date.
Price changes: All prices are in USD. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Price changes will not apply to your current billing period.
Taxes: Prices do not include applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar taxes required by your jurisdiction.
Paid plans include daily generation limits subject to fair use. These limits are designed to cover 99%+ of normal individual job-searching activity:
Daily limits reset at midnight UTC. When you reach your daily limit, the Service will notify you and offer the option to wait until reset, purchase additional credits, or upgrade your plan.
What constitutes misuse: Automated use (bots, scripts, or any programmatic access not using our official API), bulk generation on behalf of third parties, commercial resale of generated content, and any pattern of use that disrupts service availability for other users is prohibited.
We reserve the right to throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts showing patterns of abuse without prior notice. Accounts terminated for fair use violations are not eligible for refunds.
ATSFixer subscriptions are for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials with any other person — including family members, colleagues, or any third party — is strictly prohibited. Each person who uses the Service must have their own account and subscription.
We monitor for account sharing patterns (concurrent sessions from multiple locations, unusual generation volumes, etc.). Accounts found to be shared may be suspended immediately without refund.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice, and without obligation to issue a refund.
The resumes, cover letters, and other documents generated by the Service using your input are owned by you. You retain full ownership of your original resume content.
ATSFixer retains sole ownership of the platform, application, algorithms, scoring models, prompts, and all underlying proprietary technology. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights in the Service to you.
By submitting resume and job description content to the Service, you grant ATSFixer a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not share your content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PURPOSE. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATSFIXER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN ALL CASES, ATSFIXER'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ATSFIXER IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $50 USD.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU IN FULL.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ATSFixer and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at request@atsfixer.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Informal resolution first: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at request@atsfixer.com and give us 30 days to attempt informal resolution.
Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Austin, Texas, or via video conference. You and ATSFixer each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class action.
Exception: Either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Travis County, Texas.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email and in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and may cancel your subscription before the effective date for a prorated refund of the unused period.
Entire agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ATSFixer regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
No waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights freely.
